  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • Toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, coconut flakes, granola, edible gold leaf

Instructions

Add Purple Hour Ube Powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, and milk to a high-speed blender.

Add almond butter, chia seeds, and honey.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
